The Town Center
The Town Center marks the heart of the Craig Ranch confluence, featuring
residences and loft offices above street bistros, fine dining, shops,
boutiques, corner stores, and other merchant establishments. Amid
the pedestrian setting, the local Craig Ranch Trolley transportation
system shuttles visitors in and out of the Center.
The 800,000 square foot Times Square is under construction. This building will bring the first luxury apartments for lease in Craig Ranch. It will be four stories above 80,000 sq. ft. of retail. Adjacent to it is the planned 7-9 story project being built by Palladium, USA. This project will bring luxury condos for sale over retail.
The Royal Tulip Hotel is a $100,000,000 project providing five star luxury hotel space, high rise penthouses for sale, and luxury retail including fine dining. The buildings all line the Van Tuyl Plaza where the community and its’ guests will meet to shop, dine, and play while developing a sense of family. There will be dancing waters, concerts and performances in the amphitheatre, strolling entertainers, the Veteran’s Memorial, and areas to throw out blanket for picnics and play.
