Cooper Aerobics Center at Craig Ranch offers an array of medical, fitness and wellness amenities to meet the needs of individuals, families and corporate clients. Established in 2006 by “father of aerobics” Dr. Kenneth Cooper and his son Dr. Tyler Cooper, the new location marks the company’s first expansion in 35 years and provides the same scientifically-sound and award-winning experiences as the original Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas.

Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch is a 75,000-square-foot health and and fitness complex, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, highly-trained professionals and a support staff committed to excellent customer service.  Members can take advantage of the facility’s programs and services including:
